CJC-1295 – 5 mg
CJC-1295 also known as growth hormone releasing factor (GRF MOD (1-29) or GHRF) or as Somatokrinin (somatocrinin) is an analog of GHRH (growth hormone releasing hormone).
Description
CJC-1295 also known as growth hormone releasing factor (GRF MOD (1-29) or GHRF) or as Somatokrinin (somatocrinin) is an analog of GHRH (growth hormone releasing hormone).
CJC-1295 stimulates the production of growth hormone, and its interaction with GHRH in the body produces as a result a whole “family” growth hormone (GHRP any other cause producing such a wide spectrum of growth hormones such as CJC-1295). Very valuable and unique properties of CJC-1295 is that it can positively affect the increase in the number of secretory cells, pituitary growth hormone, which can produce.
The main effects of CJC-1295:
- CJC-1295 increases the secretion of growth hormone in the blood
- CJC-1295 helps achieve significant muscle hardness
- CJC-1295 promotes muscle growth and strength
- CJC-1295 helps to efficiently burn fat
- CJC-1295 visibly improves skin quality, has a rejuvenating effect and smooths wrinkles
- CJC-1295 increases bone density
- CJC-1295 effectively strengthens ligaments and joints
- CJC-1295 has a significant positive effect on sleep, regeneration and vitality
The optimal dose of CJC-1295 is 1-3 mcg per 1 kg own weight, and 1-3 servings daily, depending on the desired objectives: For the purposes of combating aging, just to CJC-1295 applied once daily at bedtime. For anabolic purposes it is usually recommended several injections per day (2-3).
CJC-1295 is not suitable for solo use, and is often used in combination with GHRP-6, GHRP-2, Hexarelin or Ipamorelin to achieve a synergistic effect which significantly increases the amount of growth hormone.
In practice it appears, on the basis of experience and feedback of users as the most popular combinations of peptide CJC-1295 together with GHRP-2 and GHRP-6, and ginseng which is one of the best for gaining muscle. Many users – athletes after a cure has experienced an average increase in weight of 6-9 kg of muscle for 6-8 weeks of use, and an increase in strength and performance of approx. 20%. It was also found that the old injuries of joints and ligaments stopped pain, and to their reinforcement. Based on users´ experience, the most popular combination is CJC-1295 with GHRP-2 or GHRP-6 and ginseng, which is considered as one of the top for muscle building goals. After completing this treatment, many sportsmen – users – reported muscle mass increase of 6-9 kg during the period of 6 to 8 weeks, as well as increase in strength and performance by approx. 20%. Additionally, old joint and ligament injuries stopped aching and experienced recovery.
Dosage: 100mcg per day minimum, optimally increased to 2 to 3 times a day for 100 mcg
Benefits: reduction of body fat
To reduce fat: combine with HGH Fragment 176, CJC-1295 DAC
Cycle for muscle building: combine with GHRP2, GHRP6, IGF-1, MGF
The optimal duration of the cycle: 3-6 months
For rejuvenating effects combine with: GHRP6, GHRP2, Ipamorelin
Effects of CJC-1295 as a GRF-Analog
In a study conducted by Jetté et. Al, various types of hGRF 1-29-albumin biconjugates were examined to see which had the greatest effect on the release of growth hormone (GH) from the anterior pituitary glands in rats.
Researchers tested three different maleimido derivatives of human GH releasing factor, including CJC-1295, and from there they were synthesized and biconjugated to serum albumin. Following synthesization and conjugation, all three of the compounds were seen to have had improved stability against dipeptidylpeptidase-IV in vitro. From there each of the compounds was administered to male Sprague Dawley rats and secretion of plasma GH levels was tracked to watch for increases.
After measurements, it was found that CJC-1295 was the most effective of the three compounds in regards to increasing levels of GH. Results showed that by supplementing CJC-1295 to the rats that there was a 4-fold increase in plasma GH levels over a 2-hour period. CJC-1295 was selected for further pharmacokinetic investigation after research showed it was found in the plasma for as long as 72 hours after treatment. A Western blot analysis was performed on the rats following treatment with CJC-1295 and it was shown that there was a presence of a CJC-1295 immunoreactive species that appeared after 15 minutes and remained in circulation for more than 24 hours (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/15817669/).
What is DAC?
DAC stands for Drug Affinity Complex and was created by ConjuChem in order to address the issue of peptide protection and combat the issue of peptide degradation. Additionally, DAC helps to slow down rapid kidney excretion. DAC works to protect against peptide degradation by covalently bonding to serum albumin either in an in vivo or ex vivo fashion. By covalently bonding DAC to albumin, the compound is able to block peptidase cleavage. Additionally, the attachment to DAC allows for more widespread distribution of the compounds throughout the body (https://www.conjuchem.com/technology/dac.html).
Benefits of Using CJC 1295 without DAC
There are both drawbacks and benefits to supplementing CJC-1295 without DAC. While the addition of DAC allows for a longer half-life, using CJC-1295 without the addition of DAC allows for more natural bodily functioning as the release of GH is faster and more natural. Regardless of whether there is DAC or no DAC, there are similar, potent results associated with the use of CJC-1295 (https://canvas.wisc.edu/eportfolios/2985/Home/CJC1295_DAC_or_no_DAC).
